Developed specifically for cold chain monitoring, BTT01 is a compact Bluetooth 5.0 temperature logger powered by Nordic nRF52833 chipset. It combines high-precision temperature sensing, local data storage, wireless broadcast and compatible linkage with GPS trackers, solving all major pain points in cold chain transportation monitoring.
High-precision Wide-range Temperature Sensing
Built-in industrial-grade temperature sensor supports a measuring range of -20°C ~ +60°C, fully covering refrigerated, frozen and normal-temperature cold chain shipment scenarios. It supports adjustable data recording intervals to match different goods’ supervision requests.
Large-capacity Offline Data Cache
Store up to 180 days of timestamped data (recording temperature, timestamp and remaining battery each cycle) with built-in flash memory. All temperature records are safely saved locally without data loss. Once back within Bluetooth coverage, the temperature monitor automatically syncs all historical logs to mobile APP or GPS tracker gateways.
Long-distance BLE 5.0 Wireless Broadcast & Multi-beacon Linkage
Adopting Bluetooth 5.0 low-power technology, its open-area signal broadcast distance reaches up to 300 meters, stable enough to penetrate cartons and refrigerated compartment walls. GPS tracker (TK419, GPT46 series) can connect and collect temperature data from up to 24 beacons simultaneously, realizing full pallet-level coverage in one refrigerated truck. All synchronized temperature data is uploaded to the cloud server together with vehicle GPS location, enabling visualized cargo temperature and position tracking on one platform.
Mini size & Portable Design
Ultra-thin mini size (66.5×56×6.7mm, only 27g) can be easily pasted on pallets, cargo boxes or refrigerated compartment walls without occupying shipment space.
Ultra-long Standby Time for Multi-year Reuse
Equipped with a large-capacity 1350mAh lithium battery, BTT01 logger achieves 3–5 years of standby life under default 5-minute recording interval, eliminating frequent battery replacement work and lowering long-term monitoring costs. It automatically sends low-battery reminders to the platform when power drops below the threshold for timely maintenance.
Independent Mobile APP Operation
Connect temperature data logger via mobile phone Bluetooth directly without extra gateways. The dedicated Beacon cloud APP (iOS & Android compatible) supports custom upper/lower temperature threshold settings. When readings exceed preset safe ranges, Red LED light flickers. Exportable PDF/CSV formal temperature reports can be exported on the APP.
