EELINK IoT Company Story

2004

In August 2004, Eelink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. started in Shenzhen with a team of wireless communication engineers. This foundation helped EELINK IoT grow from mobile phone solution design into GPS tracking devices and IoT hardware solutions.

2005 ~ 2007

2005-2007

From 2005 to 2007, Eelink focused on mobile phone solution design to meet market demand. During this period, the company built a professional engineering team with experience in MTK communication chip development. This technical background later supported the company in GPS tracking devices and IoT hardware solutions.

2008

In 2008, Eelink applied MTK communication chips to GPS trackers. This made the company one of the early pioneers in using SOC technology for GPS tracking devices in China. It also supported the development of smaller and simpler tracker designs.

2009

In 2009, EELINK IoT introduced its simple GPS tracker to the North American market. The product received strong customer feedback and helped the company expand its global GPS tracking business.

2010

In 2010, Eelink launched GPS locator models such as TK110, TK112, TK115, and TK116. This product series helped the company grow its market share in the GPS tracking industry.

2011

In 2011, EELINK IoT developed K9, one of the earliest GPS watches in China. In the same year, the TK116 car GPS tracker became a popular model in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. It also gained attention from China's internet-connected vehicle industry.

2012

In 2012, EELINK IoT gained recognition from Fortune 500 clients for its technical strength. A customized car GPS locator passed PTCRB and FCC certification. This milestone supported long-term customer cooperation. In the same year, the company launched its cloud monitoring platform and strengthened its focus on innovation and quality assurance.

2013

In 2013, the company launched the GOT10 OBD diagnostic locator and the GOT08 OBD interface tracker. It also registered the domestic brand Keelin to strengthen product quality assurance and brand recognition.

2014

In 2014, the company launched a GPS phone for elderly care. It also released the GPT06 portable tracker. In the same year, the company developed temperature trackers for cold chain transportation monitoring.

2015

In 2015, China's internet-connected vehicle industry grew rapidly. EELINK IoT became a supplier for Shenzhen Gumi, Shanghai Shiyi, and Baojia Car Rental. At the end of the year, the company launched the high-performance TK119 locator. It also developed the GPT09 ultra-long standby tracker and exported it to the American market.

2016

In 2016, the company developed the K30 portable tracker and the GPT18 kids GPS watch. It also launched the TK121 compact car locator for vehicle tracking applications.

2017

In 2017, EELINK IoT developed portable trackers such as GPT26 and GPT12, and launched 3G trackers including TK119-3G and GPT06-3G. The company also released temperature monitoring trackers such as GPT06-T and TPT02. In addition, it customized devices for container shipping positioning and Beijing Honeybee Travel's shared electric bike projects. Eelink Communication Protocol 2.0 went online, and the Keelin App became available for iOS and Android.

2018

In 2018, EELINK IoT developed and produced the GPT15 luggage locator with remote monitoring and Bluetooth anti-loss functions. The company also launched the TK119-T car GPS tracker with temperature monitoring.

2019

In 2019, EELINK IoT developed Bluetooth-enabled temperature monitoring beacons, including BTT01 and DB01. The Keelin-Beacon App went online for iOS and Android to support temperature information services. The company also launched 4G trackers such as TK419 and TK418. In the same year, EELINK IoT received the title of National High-Tech Enterprise.

2020

In 2020, the company launched ultra-long standby trackers such as GPT49, GPT48, and GPT12-L. It also released GPT46, a portable cold chain real-time temperature monitoring device.

2021

In 2021, the company launched the Beacon Cloud Web Platform and the Beacon Cloud App for iOS and Android. These services helped users manage beacon data, temperature records, and monitoring projects more efficiently.

2022

In 2022, EELINK IoT strengthened internal management during the global economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The company improved product quality, customer service, and technical capabilities. As a result, it maintained stable business performance and received positive customer feedback. In the same year, EELINK IoT obtained three utility patents.

2023

In 2023, the company increased its research and development efforts to meet market demand. At the end of the year, it launched new-generation 4G trackers, including TK419-3 and GPT45. It also obtained an invention patent.

2024

In 2024, EELINK IoT launched the Eelink Shipping Management Control Platform to improve product quality control. The company also developed GPT50, an ultra-long standby location and temperature monitoring product. In the same year, it obtained an invention patent.

2025

In 2025, the company launched GPT48-X, an ultra-long standby tracker with real-time wake-up capability. This product delivers a more reliable and efficient tracking experience. The company also introduced GPT60, a positioning tracker designed for seniors and children.

2026

In 2026, EELINK IoT expanded its product portfolio with GPT90, a smart tracker designed for pet wellness. The company also introduced high-efficiency solutions for warehouse automation. To support wider telematics applications, EELINK IoT launched a plug-and-play OBD tracking device for connected mobility scenarios. In addition, the company released TK417, a powerful vehicle positioning terminal for diverse tracking markets.
